Agriculture Training

WEAN organised a one-month agriculture training program (lasting from 30th Ashwin to 30th Kartik 2079)  with the support of FWEAN in Sisneri, Mahalaxmi. This training program taught the locals how to do off-season and organic farming. The program sought to introduce locals to new agricultural techniques and to equip them with practical and theoretical knowledge necessary to apply them. With this knowledge, they could create a means of income by vending the vegetables they have grown.
